False promises, fraud, misrepresentation, inflated prices of "promised values"

I joined IAI and purchased the "Gold Member" $25,000 plan that would get me five courses and a mentor. I only attended 4, and could never get them to supply a mentor, nor refund the remaining funds for the course I could not take. I bought the garbage about institutional wealth. IAI flew us to St. Lucie on a "fly and buy" with the promise of 1 bedroom condos, new, for $180K. When we arrived they were refurbished for $200K. We were brainwashed into believing the value was "shooting up" and we needed to get in right away for immediate appreciation. We were encouraged to misrepresent earnings in order to qualify for loans on the properties. We were promised "qualified renters" for our investment units, within 30 days of purchase. My unit was vacant for 9 months after purchase. Additionally, the MLS listings showed similar properties in the SAME complex for sale for $50K less than we paid, right after we bought.

We were lied to, told we were getting the "best deal" because we were with IAI, we believed it and now I have lost the property to foreclosure and my credit, once stellar, is ruined. This man is a criminal, and needs to be prosecuted.
