Helmetstickers.com Took money for an order I placed and never sent the order. Won't return phone calls

I placed an order. Three days later they took payment from my bank account. I waited a month and a half for the order to show up but it didn't.
I called the number on their website, I got voicemail so I left a message leaving my phone number so someone could call me back. But nothing.
I waited another month and called again. Same thing.
I emailed them and nothing.
I have a printed copy of my receipt stating order is complete.
