Harmfull customer service

I called hoping i could get some help because of the hours they are at pet smart i work. The person on the phone began to get rude maybe even fustrated. She then stated if i wouldnt drive up there she woulndt let me get. Then hung up. I began to wonder is she trying to find healthy homes for them or is she being rude just because she felt she could talked to people like that. I called back to get her name. I coulnt get the lady i was speaking to or the lay i had spoken to i dont feel this is a proper way to find healthy, safe, loving homes for these animals. It is all about comunication and comunication means listening not just speaking. She woulnt listen just countinued to talki hope in the future they have better customer service. And that they find better loving pepole to help. She also stated to me she had 15 applications and no one is fit to work. Honestly i dont feel she should work there niether.
