In 1999 the estate hired Tarter Brothers Inc to re-wire the residence located at 802 Wyatt Avenue, Lincoln, Illinois. Tarter Brothers Inc. Billed for hours not worked (229), workers fell through the ceiling, damage all walls in the residence, improperly wired the residence and now it must be re-wired.

A water softerer was defective and Mr. Tarter denied ownership in writing but in depositions admitted he was the owner. The list is vast.

My wife and I have filed two law suits in Logan County, Illinois LM-49 and L-28. We have also sued his attorney in federal court and Cook County, Illinois.
