McNutt Construction Compny erected the Vaughn Reno Starks Community Center which was completed in 1999. The tile around the inside wall continually break due to no solid foundation. This is an obvious construction flaw. I have personally contacted this company on three separate ocassions to seek assistance and advice on how to correct this matter. However, to date no one has appeared as of yet, but I am told that someone will come and advise me. I'm not sure but it seems to me that they do not plan on coming until after ten years have expired.
