Unauthorized withdrawals

Questsavers is removing $8.95 monthly from my master card bill. After I named them at 1 800-527-1656, ext # 3, I had been informed they couldn't discover a merchant account in my own name which I'd need to send them at 972-881-4527 to eliminate any consideration they had in my own name. If they're subtracting a regular quantity, somebody within their organization has my info, however I obtain the runaround.
