Won't respond to emails and doesn't have an address or telephone number listed

I was offered a $300 Gas Rebate Offer from GasUpAMerica.net through EZ-1-Rate for trying their services. The site explicitly says that you will receive rebates after you submit surveys of consumer products. They tell you that you will get $5 after the first survey and then afterward you could earn up to $100 back a week doing surveys. After I completed my survey, over a month ago, I redeemed the survey and the $5 payment is still in pending status on my account. I have been offered an additional survey which I can't redeem because every week that I do the site states, "you have already redeemed this week and must wait until next week." So I have one pending payment and one survey to be redeemed in 6 weeks. I have sent several emails through their link on the site, which does not show their customer service email, to no avail, when they promise emails to be returned within 24 hours. They have no telephone number to call. I believe that EZ-1-Rate should also be held responsible because they use this company as an incentive to get you to try their service.
