Rx-promorx-promo - Interpilinterpill.com placed order and paid via visa on the 9th of october have received nothing so far. Difficult to conduct

I ordered pills from interpill.com with the belief that there is a money back policy if they were unable to deliver the goods. They seemed genuine enough i paid by visa and the money was taken on the same day that is 9th of october. After four weeks i tried in vain to conduct them sending them three emails without them responding to any of them. 0n the 12th of november i again emailed them and asked for an explanation. I received a response from a jesus chang telling me that they are a good company and they have been in operation for six years and that they never had a complaint before and they have done nothing wrong.in the meantime i still have not received my goods con
