It was an alledged real estate investment with an 18% on my money. At first, the checks came on time. Then they stopped.
I inquired about the check. I was told that Mr, Shade was working on it. They had several properties in escrow and upon closing, they would make all payments to investors current within 30 to 60 days. The letter was dated March 28.
