Sold us multiple corporations that were not available for sale but owned by 3rd parties

Jerrod Lakey and the CCA group will tell you they can get you financed through the use fo a shelf corporation that they make and season a special way in order to dupe the banks into lending, but in reality, they resell existing corporations numerous times and then blame the inability to fund on something menial like a fico score or a tradeline... Both of which they can fix ironically for a small fee of $2,000.

The whole thing is a scam and we have filed a lawsuit in orange county superior court along with numerous people. The shelf corporations are unable to be used since they have multiple owners and states tied to them.
