Ripped me off instead of helping me get reverse mortgage

I went to this company to get help obtaining a reverse mortgage. Didnt fully understand how it worked. The guy who runs the company took a fee of $2500 and never followed through on anything. He isnt reachable now. Ive gone back by the office only to find no one is ever there.
