Ripped me off $99.85

Ordered from cigarrest the stuff to stop smoking for $6.95 on October. Then on November they charged my account for $99.85 and have not recieved nothing for the money either. So they have your credit card number or bank number and are crediting them the money from your account. And there is no way to talk to anyone there phone number is all animated they ae a big rip off.
