NCO Financial
Violates federal laws because of lazy employees

Miscellaneous

I received a phone call the other morning from an unavailable phone number on my cell phone. I answered it and was greeted with a recorded message from NCO. The call was received on my cell phone at 7:41AM. What these idiots apparently don't know is that over 3 months ago I moved from PA to AZ. I still have a PA cell phone number. Apparently, their skip tracing department is too lazy to run a simple trace to locate me. If they had they would have known that I moved over 3 months ago. I'm waiting to get another phone call that early in the morning. I don't even know what they are calling for.

I tried to return their call this afternoon and the phone just rang and rang. I was determined not to stay on hold for them. To date I have not received a letter of representation. These people are the biggest joke. If they think they are getting any money out of me they are crazy. I don't deal with companies that have been investigated for fraud charges... I doubt things have changed. I don't recommend anyone ever pay these leaches anything.
