Incredible Dollar charged 34.62 from my account without authorization. Can not find any contact info or web address

Found a charge for 34.62 for Incredible Dollar on my bank account. Didn't sign up for anything. The only info the bank could provide was that it was an ewc payment, no contact info of any kind. Not sure where this charge came from and sure don't want to hassle with a whole new debit card. Had signed up for "free" safe-girls.com which wanted a no charge age verification. This turned into 3 different charges all around $30, but atleast those had someone to contact for a refund. Please help
