Rip off!

This place is a total rip off. I paid them $250 in August and havent received any documents from credit bureau yet. I have tried contacting them and their phones are disconnected and there website is not availabe any longer. I need my money back, please help. I wanted to get my credit right so I could buy a house in this future and this has really messed me up. Please help
