Stole From My Account This company charged $39.95 to my checking account with stolen information

MBXL Entertainment Services charged my bank account $39.95 without my knowledge or approval.

They used my maiden name (4 years old), and my current address. Don't know how they got that information, or for that matter, my banking information, but they did.

I have now had to close my account and change all of my information. I spoke with a man who said they are a billing company for 100's of businesses and that this was for an adult website. He acknowledged that it was fraud because they did not use my current information and that he would credit the money back to my account. He also said that it had been set up on a monthly recurring fee and cancelled that.

Hopefully I will see that money returned to my account. I don't know how they got the information, but someone needs to shut them down!
