Kathy Hockersmith at the Tea Kettle Committed Plagiarism by putting together and selling my book

I just found out that for three years a book I wrote and discontinue was being sold for $25.00 each. I gave no one permission to put together pages of my book to sale. When I found who did this and where it was being sold I confronted Kathy Hockersmith the person responsible. She refuse to repay me any money she has profit from my book. As a result of me trying to make her stop selling my book she threaten to sue me for harrassment. She then denied that she or The Tea Kettle in Westport, Kentucky had sold any. Kathy is 25% owner of The Tea Kettle and president of the Westport Homemakers who she had put my book together. All I am asking for is what she owes me. My husband talked to her on the phone and she told him she had sold at least 50 copies recently. Then when she found out who he was she hung up and has since refuse to admit she has sold any books. Justice should be done to The Tea Kettle and to Kathy Hockersmith for profitting off something that does not belong to her. Any suggestions, any help will be greatly appreciated. Kathy Hockersmith is a very controlling person and will not admit she has done anything wrong. I would like any help I can get. Thank You.
