None performance of Contract

I hired Davison Inventegration to design me an Automatic Spool retriever. They did design the spool (not to my approval), I called Frank on 1/09/06 and told him I got the proposal on the spool and I did not even know what it was. On 1/18 I e-mailed Frank Weissert and Wilma Wallace to Stop what ever it is you are doing. Again I told Frank I h then about the lack of work on the RETRIEVER, and you told me this was NOT THE FINAL PROPOSAL BUT ONLY THE BEGINNING. On July 27 I sent you an e-mail asking about my fax to you on 2/16/07 about the progress report on the retriever, and that the spool would not work without some kind of handle. You assured me that you had not forgot the retriever and that you WERE STILL WORKING ON IT! I told you then that if I did not here from you within the next 10 days I want my $12,670.00 back. On 3/14/05 I received an e-mail from George Davison himself in which he stated.; Davison will not begin verbal communication about you idea with the corporation until the product is fully developed and MEETS WITH YOUR APPROVAL! I have never given them my approval for any part of the work they have done for me. I even went so far as to send them my rendering of the retriever and they never ever responded back to me. I have given them every chance to respond back to me and they are just ignoring me! Therefore, I am charging them with violation of contract, fraud, and extortion!
