Sneaky, Access bank account without permission, No help Costumer Service

About a month and half ago, I unfortunately had to apply for payday loan. After reading thru all the Terms & Conditions... I accepted. I did pay off the loan a few weeks later, hoping all was done.
Then about 7 days ago, I noticed that somebody had written out a check in my name to a place called Credit Report & Mointoring in the amount of $37.95 for services. After doing some research, I finally found a their website, http://www.crdtcs.com. They somehow got my bank account number and wrote a check for themselves.
I finally got in touch with costumer service. I explained that I never signed up for their service. The operator told me I needed to apply for a refund and gave me information.
So after applying for the refund, it said that they needed at least 72 hours to process. After three days, I signed into the refund site and was denied because they said I agreed to "Terms & Conditions" that were not written into the payday loan. I called costumer service and they wouldn't issue me one.
Stay away from online services like this one!
