When the first represenative call she stated that she was calling about a job. So when icalled back and spoke with theodore ford he did not read me the mini maranda and he stated to me that this was concerning my school loan and asked me if i was going to pay my bill I then told him i am getting ssi he stated well then we will take 15% of that and i told him let me speak with your manager he hung up the phone on me. Then i spoke with joe the manager when i called back i asked him to put my number on notice he state to me that we will call everyday. I told him again that i wanted my number on notice again he told me no put it in writing. Then he told me i was very abusive i told him no you very rude and i want his director he stated for what i told him give me the director's number he wouldn't at first by being persistant he gave me the info so i asked to speak with her then he stated that she has left for the day so i called back then i was transfered.
