On July 17 we came from vacation and could not get in. Because left the keys. We called for emergency locksmith service at 7:35pm and after 1hour30min technician from "A CERTIFIED LOCKSMITH" came up. We asked to open the door and when he drilled a lock and open the door
he told us service will be $85 and we were OK with that.
But then he affered to replace the lock for 3-80 and we decided wll be OK too because cost of lock about $30.
After 10 minutes work he gave us invoice for $493.
After we called to Mr. Stein (manager) he explained the bill $85 for service call
$350 for the lock and $28 tax.
That lock costs in the store $30 max.
And finally after all Mr. Stein offer us refund $168.00 if will not have any more demands from "A CERTIFIEDLOCKSMITH" and have no more complains.
But we never received any refund.
