Even though we have paid the rent in full and early each month, our landlord refuses to make repairs — for months&and even comes over to litter our property and take photos to falsify things for his insurance policies. We had a Building & Safety inspector come out. The report is huge.instead of complying with the law, the guy gets Block to write a letter threatening us with eviction, when there is not basis at all. Pennis D. Block is abusing any legal power he has.
