Well just add me to the long list of people this company ripped off. I filed in october of 07 with them for debt consolidation. For 8 months the religiously took 250.00 out of my checking account claiming they where going to pay off the smallest credit card first and work up to paying off the high one. Unfortunately I needed them to help me find some financial relief and free up some of the money i worked so hard for weekly so i could help my parents with bills that they where incurring due to my mothers illness. They advised me to contact these creditors and change my mailing address to theirs in florida. I did as they asked and stopped recieving the bills. Last month i recieved a letter in the mail that i was being sued by one of the credit card companies causing me to start investigating hess kennedy who was handling my account and here i am. They never returned my emails and hung up on me every time i called their number. Im not exactly internet savy but i did google them and now i know why they took over 2000.00 from me and did nothing to help me. I did file a complain with the florida attorney general however i feel nothing is going to come out of it. What an unfortunate situation we are all in with this company. I dont believe anyone will resolve this for any of us and we are just out of luck and the money we all spent is lost forever. I now am obtaining a lawyer this week to file for bankruptcy. I had 5 credit cards with them and all are in the process of filing law suits against me.
