Sold a program but did not deliver it Dont Know But Says From

Advertised had a lottery system that would increase your odds of winning. Said if you are not satisfied he will refund your purchased price of 77.00 no questions asked. But you half to wait 48hrs to recieve his manuel. So i purchased and waited but no manuel. When i tried to reply to more of his emails they were bounced by the server. Went online to my bank and he deducted the 77.00 from my act plus 2.33 for out of the country prossising fee but never delivered anything to me at all!!!

So i called my bank witch is bank of america and reported him for fraud and they reversed his charges and are investigating him and his business practices. There are still rules to follow even when it involves forien countrys of doing business in the united states. People like this should be reported as soon as possible so the authorities can shut them down!
