This company is one in which has poor management. No appreciation for the people that keep this business running.instead they take advantage imply more hours and give no compensation in return. The owners want to claim that they are the foundation but in reality this office only runs because of the staff they have. They claim to provide all this service to clients and ripping off ideas by other staffers and in the end it becomes all talk and no action. The people that come in to fill in applications are talked to in a rude manner and treated like an object rather than as a person. An object which they use to sell themselves to clients. So, no matter how hard one works you will get bumped rather than compensated or congratulated.
