Virgin Mobile-Worst Customer Service Ever!
Virgin mobile sucks... They dont want to help no one and want to call the customers liars and accuse customers of threats W6 7RR

I lost my phone, so i called virgin mobile to see if they can put a hold on the service... Which they did. They offered to give me a replacement phone for $11.00. I put the money on the account and that's exactly what i did. The representative told me that, "Fed-Ex" will deliver it to my house. 4 days passed and i came home to see a door tag saying that, "we came and no one was home" that the package requires a direct signature. I called fed ex to see if i can have that lifted. Fed Ex told me to call my carrier (Virgin Mobile). I did, the first thing VM said was talk to Fed-Ex, i told them i did, i asked to speak with a specialist. I didn't get her name but she, "acted" like she was going to help me. She faked putting the report in. I thought i was going to get my phone, the next day it was the same thing...

I called again the next day, they said they have no record of my report. So i asked to talk to his boss! And that boss's boss, (the only way i got to talk to the boss's because i sounded mad and intimidating) they brushed me off, and i responded. I will file you to the better business bureau. The lady said i threatened her, she hung up. Is that the best customer service they can offer??? I resolved my problem with Fed-Ex... But i and a lot of other people hate VM now i know why.
