Not returning call or canceling membership less than 24 hours notice

I had been named recently at about 1 pm regarding my account. Audrey Schneider stated that they required several clarifying concerns for my account after which went into her slogan. Because it was said to be a totally free account, I had been amazed when she stated that there have been charges for various subscriptions. She stated that preferred was $4.89 (what I noticed), but what she intended was $489. She also stated that it had been a-one moment fee, but before she hung-up, she described that there is a $99 restoration fee. After holding up, I had been believed which was high for that little cost I'd compensated after which went house to complete some study, after recognizing that it had been higher than I'd anticipated, I named at 7 am to stop my account. I've not obtained a call-back with no one is addressing some of their traces. I'll be arguing this state on my charge card when it threads.
