Ripoff victimized many consumers

Well I recived a card in the mail. It looked like a credit card. But there was something odd to it. So I called the telephone nubmer on the sticker that said activation:

Later I looked on the back of the card and it also had where there is supposed to be a custumer service number. All it says is Activation number. So I thought something was wrong. But the problem is I already "activated" it over the phone.
