Named me as a thief on DAC services report, Ive never stolen anthing!

Beware. G diamond transport elkhart, indiana. I left Company with a $1000.00 advance which is to cover the amount of my bond due other employees lost or whom had quit had to use OOIDA attorneys to get there insurance bond returned. Now whos the the thiefs? They placed on my DAC report that i "stole" a large sum of money from their company. That is a very untrue and open statement. I expect to hire an attorney to remove this report very soon if it isnt corrected This company has beat even company drivers, YES COMPANY DRIVERS PAY A BOND TO WORK FOR THESE people. Same as owner / ops do. Any attorneys reading this feel free to email me at anytime. I did not quit under load either due to i was never dispatched on a load to begin with. This is how they handle operaters who quit! I just got the jump on them and asked for an advance to regain my bond back which was owed to me in reality. Ive been ripped off before and yes by companies ive leased to or had them filed bankruptcy on my pay and im done being RIPPED OFF!!! Ive never had a claim ever in driving a truck with any company! Away from these type of people for your own good. i can supply references to guys who had to fight or did not have money to and lost there bond from these guys!!! Anyone else whos had issues with these guys please write me.
