A REDUCED CALLING PLAN for Souza-Baranowski corr ctr in Shirley, Ma

Conscallhome.com is an affiliate of TELEWARE, LLC, which allows family and friends to call their loved ones that are incarsurated in the US. Just recently I set up a calling plan with them so I could have my friend who is incarsurated at Souza-Baranowski Correctional Center in Shirley, Ma. Call me on a more frequent basis because TELEWARE, LLC's rates are so affordable.

I was assigned a tele # from them to be given to my friend which I mailed to him, but it was refused. I telephoned Souza-Baranowski, spoke with a person by the name of CEDRIC and was informed by him that the prison didn't, wouldn't acknowledge the reduced plan being offered, because of this, my friend won't be able to call me as frequently because the rates thru GLOBAL TEL are outrageously expensive!!!

This is GREED, GREED all the way. Souza Baranowski and scores of other prisons have a PROFITABLE money making plan with Global Tel. Not all of us that have loved ones in prisons countrywide can afford their high rates, this is one more example of the consumer being screwed by Corporate America. I hope that something can be done ASAP. I spoke with a Ms Kendera at the CUSTOMER SUPPORT at conscallhome.com and she informed me that she was all too aware of the situation as they are having endless problems, difficulties dealing with this correctional center. I hope my complaint which is validly legitimate will be acknowledged and something posative will be done for those of us that are in need of your help... Thank you.
