I own a few beach properties in Mexico.

David West contacted me and expressed his interest in buying one of my lots for sale, throughout the email communication he referred to the property as "a house" whereas it's an empty lot. This sounded quite suspicios to me.

I do deal with potential buyers and renters on regular basis so at first glance everything looked and sounded legit.

When I did a serch on his name, this site came up, however I had to do a specific search "david west scam" to find it, as only david west did not produce any of these scam results on the first 2 pages.

People everywhere should be aware of this guy and others like him.

We, as the Internet public should push for very strong sentences for the few people that get caught doing this with the hopes that those curios to try would think about it before stealing other people's hard earned money.

It is rather unfortunate that some where along the line, some people just simply forgot the meaning of decency.
