There advertising is misleading

There advertising is very misleading as they state (1) increased libido and sex drive, (2) increased sexual sensitivity, (3) Increased blood flow, you will have harder erections (4) more intense/satisfying orgasms (5) improved sleep cycle & concentrations. I contacted there support dept. To ask for suggestions as to why I saw no benefit from the pills and although they said they sent me 2 emails I never received them. I ordered a sample bottle for the cost of shipping on 9-20-08 and 3 weeks later after usiing 2 bottles of 28 pills each, following there instructions, I emailed them, within the 30 day trial period stating the above and that the pills proved to of no benefit.

On 9-23-08 I called them and they stated because they had sent me 2 emails and that the 30 day period expired that I would not receive a refund. As I always receive emails either in the inbox or the junk box, I believe they are simply handing me a line so as not to have to give me a refund on the 2 bottles with a charge of $61.95.
