Macomb County Friend of the Court is one big joke. First then make up this nonexistiant court order that gives my ex a private address. Then SHE puts in a motion to have the visitation changed so she can drop the child off at my house. Then doesn't show up. When I call, and write for 6 months straight saying she is not showing up for visitation, they call her and ask her. She lies and says I am not showing up, so they say sorry sir can't do anything for you. You need to put in a motion and have supervised visitation. And at the same time she moves, and I have no idea where my child is living. But the FOC says they can't tell me because of a court order that doesn't exist.

Then they are taken more out of my income withholding and trying to get a refund is like trying to win the lottery. They don't care about the child. Jennifer Granholm is a joke when it comes to this. She made Oct. Child support month. So what month is visit your paternal father month. Or FOC nonracketeering month. Legalized kidnapping, that is all it is. More money for the FOC when we have to file motions.

I say all noncustodial parents who have been mistreated by the Macomb County FOC call Jeffery Figer. Lets get a class action started and sue for millions on behalf of our children who have been used, and abused by the FOC. Sue for Alienation of love that they take away from our children. Maybe that will wake that idiot governer up to the fact that our children are suffering because of her FOC policies and procedures.

And to my ex - you know who you are Melissa Hawley. I can't wait for our son to find out the truth you lie sack of horse manure. He will eventually find out that you took his father away from him. Screw you I can't wait until you die so I can pee on your grave. That will be the best day of my life.
