I purchased 3 months of service from Proify.com / UpsideOut. The service was not what they advertised. The service did not work well.

I complained about their service and product to them. After I complained, they cancelled my service and locked me out of my account. I had only used their service/product for a couple of days before they locked me out. They refuse to give me a refund or allow me to use the service/product I have already paid for.

They said if I paid for a higher service (pay more money) they would turn my account back on. I refused.
