Ripoff, sent back books, still getting billed

These books were ordered, we didn't like them. I sent them back within 7 days with the letters "cancel" on the bill.

I am now getting a letter saying they are going to report it to the credit agency. I do not have these books for if I did I would gladly pay for what I have.

I have tried to go to the web site that they have on the bill and there's nothing there. So I am trying this.
