Is wrongfully debited my checking account without my consent

Me and my mom went on intelius.com to investigate someone who was getting close to my dad. We were under the impression it was a one time fee, in order to view the information online, but boy we were wrong.
They automatically sign you up for At Home Rewards so they can debit your card monthly without realizing it. At home rewards plus was charging my account $19.95 for something I never enrolled in. And now Intelius subscription is taking out $38.00 dollars from my mothers debit card on a monthly basis. We feel cheated, and lied to in by Intelius, which is probably run by some of the smartest scam artists out there. I hope someone has the guts to sue these bastards who dont have a heart in federal court, and have someone pay for all the turmoil caused by using their intelius website only once.
