Supposedly i signed up for a place called last chance payday loan. I didn't get the loan, but i found out just recently that this loan place turned our name into a subscription service that we never signed up for. IDTHEFT has been ripping us for $31.85 a month and PLRCINC. Has been taking $7.99 a month since january. Now i am trying to find this loan place and cannot find it. Ummm imagine that. Anyway, i have contacted these people and when i talked to customer service on thursday she said i had to call this other number and ask for a refund and i would get all my money back.
Yeah right, the woman said today, since i just cancelled the membership or subscription services this month i was only going to get one month of $31.85 back. Seems she told me i didn't read the terms and condtions. I am so angry.instead of them protecting our identity, i think they stole our identity and $31.85 plus $7.99 a month. I told them i was going to turn them into the better business bureau and she told me that was a option. Is there any way i can get all my money back from these people?
