I was fortunate, i was apparently approved by avalon lending group for a 5000 personal loan. But i was to pay a security fee for the loan of 798.70. I was excited thinkin man my credit sucks and i acttually have someone that wants to take a chance and let me prove that i am willing to repay this loan. Well after getting the faxes, and speaking with mr. Allan dupont and getting the money gram wire information, i became real suspicious when i had to send the money to a bradley lawerence in ajax canada. So because i did not personally have the 800 to give up i was borrowing the money from a friend, i thought to myself let me check into this and make sure this is legite. Sure enough no record on the better business bureau. Allan dupont's reason was because they have no complaints. Funny no matter how good a company people always complain. So i told him i was not going to do it because of the risk of this being a scam. He was so desperate to get my money he said i could make the money gram out to anyone in the world as long as i do it and give them a reference number. I looked into western union and asked a bunch of questions and decided not to do it. Well needless to say now mr. Allan dupont is calling me endlessly, threatening to put this on my credit, that i am legally binded to this contract and they wilol collect the 5000 from me even without me getting these funds. I mean seriously? I called my states atty general and i am even thinking about contacting the FBI because i know they are trying to persue these scam artist. I just feel so bad because this money was really gonna help me out, and if i would have given them the 800 i would have been lost. I am a single mom and struggle with two jobs just to make ends meet. Do these people not have a heart? How can you be in a business that takes things from people, they should be punished in the cruelest manner possible for robbing people of dreams and hope. If this becomes a lawsuit i will be apart of this and make sure justice is served, even though i was not scamed, it will be for everyone else in my position that has.
