Ok i managed to get my subscription cancelled, but they are still trying to chrge me for what ever magazines they've "sent me."

I originally talked to a woman the day after I got scammed and told them to cancel my subscription before they sent out any magazines. Of course this phone call was not documented. What they do have as documentation is that phone recording with your voice on it as a "verbal contract."

Next I did not except the contract for the watch, which has exculpatory language binding you to a three year contract. I wrote RETURN TO SENDER and had the post man sign it.

Then I filed with the

THEN CALL THE ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT OF ACTIVE PERIODICALS
Ask for RACHEL HILL 877 497 2070 X 291
She will be really nice to you and cancel your subscription
Then call 800 553 7633 to make sure they are refunding your money

THEY WILL TELL YOU NO and try to play the tape back... instead they'll keep you on hold to waist your cell phone messages.

I called back RACHEL HILL and complained (eventually hanging up her.)

will call you back, quickly tell you SHE got to here the tape, you do have an agreement and then hang up before you can hang on her.

Eventually you can nail these people to a wall and get your money back. Unfortunately you have to deal with them in the mean time.

AGAIN CALL THE ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT AND ASK FOR RACHEL HILL
877 497 2070 X 291. Or 954 671 6945 (the number she called me from)

At the very least we can annoy her and keep her from doing any work.
