This man is a Dead Beat Dad currently has an Outstanding Arrest Warrant in Pennsylvania for almost 6 figures. He was recently posted in the Delaware County Times as a Most Wanted Man. (Public Record)
Has 3 children by 2 different mothers and refuses to take care of any of them. Actually kidnapped 2 of his kids about 4 years ago they were eventually returned safely

Hasn't seen his kids in times ranging from 3 to 7 years
Professes to be a consummate Christian
This is merely a target market for vulnerable, good hearted people; he's found great success in this area over the years and has taken hundreds of thousands of dollars from victims; never paid taxes on any of that money

He also targets Single Moms.
Proclaims to be a respected Author of several books
He paid a printer to print his books. Please note that No Publisher paid him for these publications. He has thereby paid for his self-proclaimed status. Again, no taxes were ever paid on the sales of books, tapes or speaking engagements. He created his own fake publishing company called, Unlimited Horizons Training.
States he has been extremely successful in previous MLM (multi-level marketing) ventures

Was involved with EviroTech (previous judgment against him in NJ), NSA, Excel Communications, and now Xtra Special Days. Not financially successful in any of these companies and gives the fake it till you make it perception. Has gone as far as to hang pictures of Jets on his office wall and tell victims that it's his.

This man has even conned money from his Mother and siblings. His one brother co-signed on a Mercedes Benz only to have it repossessed and left the brother holding the loan
His own Mother has called him a Con Man
Has taken cars from other family members and never returned them

Has previous legal record for Check Fraud and Drugs (Public Record)
Also has 2 children and doesn't pay child support relinquished rights years ago

Be cautious when this man uses the following words and phrases: I'm Humble, My Brother, My Sister, I Love You, Christ blessed me this concept and vision, Under Promise and Over Deliver, We are steadily working to Right This Ship, We are back up and running again signing up new people, We're Growing Again, This company is experiencing growing pains or bumps in the road, he will tell you of his ex-wife cheating on him and taking his kids away and the terrible woes of his family life.
These are just a few of his infamous clichs to get victims bought in. He tells you these stories so that you will feel sorry for him and feel more like he is one of us.

Note that once you are in all of the problems that you or this company will experience will be blamed on someone other than him. He is never at fault for what happens all the while saying, This is my company, my baby and I'm ultimately responsible for it but nothing ever turns around to improve the status quo.

This company sounds like a great, wholesome concept but in truth is nothing more than a shell corporation that signs people up on the promise of financial windfall.

Doesn't build money in the Founding Members Trust as stated
No corporate infrastructure or project plan
Won't disclose financials to members to explain where and why funding is fully depleted and bank account is in the red

Basically, about 100-200 people (that we're aware of at this point) have signed up only to be told that there is no money left in the company, no ability to pay back refunds for memberships ranging from $59 to $1,319, no money to pay commissions, no money upon which to have expos to generate business and no money to complete the very unfinished website. Yet, they continue to sign people up and make no forward progress with it's existing members.

He Founder and his Brother, the Marketing Director (that has no education or knowledge of marketing) just go out and solicit this opportunity to unsuspecting victims and take their money. The amazement is while the company has absolutely no money in it, these 2 men somehow manage to live in a quite costly, swanky condominium in Celebration, FL. The Founder doesn't have a job (has never worked for anyone) and the brother only has the ability and knowledge to work in a restaurant as a server or bartender.
