Central Coast Nturaceuticals FRAUD, RIP OFF

I to was fooled by this company. I ordered a bottle of AcuiBerry for $4.95 (on 9/8/08) and was billed $44.95. I sent email after email and numerous phone calls to cancel this order once I found out how much I was billed, when I did finally get someone on the phone was also told I had to wait for the package because it had already been shipped. Low and behold 3 1/2 weeks later I received the package. When I emailed for a return # I never received a response. After several more emails, I finally received an email from customer care (on 10/7/08) with a confirmation that I was cancelled out of the program.

Well on 10/12 they charged my account AGAIN for another $39.95 with no package in the mail. I have tried calling all day yesterday and sent several more emails, reported them AGAIN to the BBB with no response. I have contacted my bank to report fraud charges because this was not authorized. I am now a beliver if something looks to good to be true, it is!
