Aka Sunny Apartments Completely Unethical and Untrustworthy Landlord

The Owner of Sunny Apartments, Sunny Namkung is an unethical & untrustworthy individual. First off obtaining the lease - you would think that i was staying at the Hilton, not some runned down building. During the lease, Sunny was condensending, rude and irrational at times. He will have you know that he is a professor and you are below him - ha! After your lease is done — getting your deposit back — expect to take him to court and be a fight.

This individual is difficult to deal with. Stay away from his apartments!!!
