Ripped Off By eLocal. Beware

I was contacted by this company, and got the letter of aggrement signed by Tim Judd President and CEO.

It was getting close to the end of the 30 days when I could cancell and I had yet to hear the first word from them as promised in their letter to me, no phone call or email updates!

I called eLocal and was tranferred around and held for 45 minutes and never spoke to anyone, I finally left a message telling them I wanted to cancell as I wanted to get in before the 30 days were up. I then called DISCOVER and talked to a Representative telling her of the problem and I did not want the charge to be honored, since I had received nothing from eLocal. The girl assured me it would be taken care of and the charge denied, if presented.

DISCOVER allowed the charge, I called and complained and they removed it, only to add it back on, I filed a Dispute with DISCOVER but got no where, even though they have my first call documented and it was within the cancellation period, I sent them the letter from eLocal with the dispute form, but they prefer to protect this dishonest Con Artist Comapny instead of a 15 year cardholder!

These people need to be stopped and our credit card companies need to protect their cardholder or train their personell better, to not imply that a situation is taken care of when indeed it is not.

How does DISCOVER expect to to talk to them when they do not answer their phones or return their calls! Maybe they should try calling these people.
