I paid for a subscription to Spin magazine from a young man who was an RLA rep. This was on 4/2/8. Today is 10/8/8. I have still not recieved the magazine but have gotten plenty of run around from the people who work at RLA. They refuse to give me their names nor will they take a message for thier supervisor. The offer a suggestion to call back, usually a few days later, which probably when they know no one is in house there. I filed a complaint with the BBB and tried to get a refund.
When I called RLA today, I was informed my punishment for filing with the BBB was that RLA 'no longer has any buisness' with me. WOW, what a bunch of incompitent fools. I can't believe they are pimping out these young kids to do their dirty work. I wonder who got my $38, I bet that Tissa lady who posts all the rebutals on this website.
I know there are prob a lot typos in this post, but hey, I have a real job to do and am on my lunch hour and just wanted to get this done.
I have also filed with the state attorney general.
Watch out for these kids selling mags. My suggestion is you go to the news stand and grab one of those subscription cards out of the actual magazine and pay them directly.
