Basically the same as the first complaint. I bought the report and got charged for it. That was fine. But then the very next month I was charged for it again. And I found a number but a recorded message says they are experiencing high call volume and lets you leave a voicemail. Haven't heard back yet. I'm hoping it's just a mistake but don't know.
