I would like to return your product. I have tried for two days several attempts to try to reach HYDRODERM by phone using several different numbers provided by my bank and your website 800-814-5771,800-841-8835,800-840-5576 every attempt getting a busy signal and the website with login being no existent. This is highly unlikely if you are a legitimate company that is trying to uphold the integrity of your products and product name. Our commitment to excellence and skincare advancement delivers quality products that simplify your beauty regimen. I fully intend to dispute any further charges from your company! Iam sending your product back via UPS signature required with out an (RMA) because of lack of communication on your part. If my visa card is charged it is THEFT Credit card fraud is a felony and punishable by heavy fines and imprisonment!!!
