I am a single mother trying to have my own small business. I requested for information through SBA loan website and was contacted shortly by Investors building and loan. I was advised I have been pe-approved for $25000.00 and need to pay $495.00 before the application process can be complete. I could not get the money right away and quickly the gentleman advised that I can get a friend to use his/her credit card to pay for the processing fee and I can then pay that person back later.

A single mother desperate for money contacted a friend and he paid $90.00 from his debit card, they debited my checking account twice for the balance and I was charge $35@2=$70 including $405.00. I was sent an email with applications forms by a lady called Amy Nguyen (amy@investorsbuildingandloan.com). I called and spoke with a couple of people and was advised an email will be sent once the funds are ready. I have been trying for the past 2 months and the above phone # is no longer in service and no one is replying to my emails.

I decided to look for the online today and just found out that they are a rip off company. I have not been able to pay my friend back and the bank account is still negative. I am also deliquent on my 2 credit cards because, I used them to purchase the products I intend to sell and need to move them into a shop. I cannot sell the products from home because it is against the leasing contract to pay the credit debit. I am still trying to get a job to pay to help me put food on the table.
