I just realized that for the last 10 months I have been paying $11.99 for TLG*Great FN charge. I never authorized this to my credit card. When I called the number, I was disconnected twice. After finally reaching an operator, I was told that when I placed an order with AVON by checking I wanted a discount I agreed to the charge. She never explained to me why I keep being charged each month. I can't believe I was so stupid... I always pay my balance each month. Just never looked at my bill that closely since my husband and son use the account too.

When I called my credit card, they asked me if I had gotten a confirmation number of the cancellation. Guess, I'll call TLG back tomorrow and make sure it is canceled. Also plan to write a letter asking for my money back. Won't trust the AVON site again either. Live and Learn
