Unresponsive to refund request

After plenty of internet study I purchased a juicer off the Orangeonions site in July of the year.

After 1 use I understood I purchased the incorrect item and really should return the mixer. I called back again to the website due to their return policy. It recommended I print-out an application "return agreement" load it out and return using the item. I did so all of this and delivered the juicer towards the melody of $23.00 in early September. The website also recommended that should you did not return the item within 10 times-I believe it had been-your reimbursement could be postponed. Well I anticipated a wait since it was delivered after 10 times. After many weeks I named re my reimbursement and got 'Connie'. She stated she'd 'check out the delay', nicely I'd that precise discussion with Connie 2 more occasions and got no-call back, nothing why the reimbursement delay. Even today I've voiced with Connie an overall total of 3x, remaining numerous communications when Connie does not answer the telephone, sent the revenue office with my tale/criticism couple times. (Their concept claims to depart a note and since customer support is their main problem somebody can get back again to me within 2 business days.) I actually approached their Live-Chat hoping of having anyone to react this way and also the Live-Chat never returned in my experience following the first issue. Well, calls have now been created since early September and OrangeOnions has got the juicer back and that I am out $119.00 for that juicer and $23 return shipment. I really hope you might help me.
