Omission of critical information during preliminary in telephone interview

There seems to be some issue in the telephone interview, job killing critical criteria not addressed.

Dear folks remember this is Utah the land of Morons[Mormons} who think there body is a temple and only Jack mormons drink and smoke.

After driving up two days after his phone interview and acceptance, he's booted for being a social drinker.
Social drinker is in his definition occasionally two beers after work and on weekends while watching football and car races with friends, a total of six beers in one weekend day.

If there are issues that could cause an applicant to not be excepted by the training school they should be addressed in the phone interview. Not at a later time when a student has traveled all the way to Salt Lake City after the fact.

Don't purchase anything required until after you are cleared and excepted for the program at the company yard, there are no refunds, period.

If this issue had been approached on the phone interview, he would have failed then. Not after driving and spending hard earned cash on supplies and gas to get there. The deposit paid should be refunded due to their error in not approaching a Very critical issue during the phone interview portion.
